Comcast's motion for a preliminary injunction is DENIED without prejudice, and Comcast's motion for a stay pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1659(a) is DENIED as moot.The parties are directed to update the Court as to the status of the EDTX action within sixty days of the date of this Order, and every sixty days thereafter, until that action is resolved.
