The Court finds that Defendants should all be severed from one another, as they do not share an aggregate of operative facts, other than allegedly infringing the 415 patent. Thus, Leicas Motion to Dismiss or Sever for Misjoinder is GRANTED, and Leica is hereby SEVERED and DISMISSED from this case. In addition, the Court sua sponte SEVERS the remaining Defendants from this case.6 All Defendants except the first named Defendant, Agfaphoto Holding GmbH, are hereby DISMISSED. Going forward, the Court will entertain joining parties to Agfaphoto Holding GmbH that have parent-subsidiary relationships.
