ORDER ON REQUEST TO PROCEED IN FORMA PAUPERIS (NON-PRISONER CASE) by Judge Fernando L. Aenlle-Rocha: The Court finds has not submitted enough information for the Court to tell if the filer is able to pay the filing fees. This is what is missing: Plaintiff has failed to complete the form application to proceed without prepayment of the fees in this action, as he has not answered questions 2 through 8 of the form request he submitted. Accordingly, Plaintiff has failed to provide the Court with any information about his finances or ability to pay the filing fee for this action. Ruling on the Request is POSTPONED for 30 days so that the filer may provide additional information 2 . Within 30 days of the date of this Order, the filer must do the following: Submit a COMPLETED application to proceed in this action without prepayment of the filing fees. In complying with this Order, Plaintiff may use the form he previously used, AO 240, or the Court's standard form request to proceed in forma pauperis, CV-60. Regardless of the form used, Plaintiff must provide answers to all of the questions presented on the form.
