ORDER: The motions for leave to restrict at ECF Nos. 63 and 64 are GRANTED. In the future, the Court ORDERS the parties to comply with the Local Rule 7.1 in filing all motions, including motions to restrict. Specifically, Local Civil Rule 7.1(a) requires the parties to confer prior to filing a motion, except as provided in Rule 7.1(b), which is not applicable here. Local Rule 7.1(c) further requires the movant to state whether a motion is unopposed. Knowing whether a motion is opposed or unopposed will allow said motions to be more efficiently resolved.
