ORDER. It is ORDERED that the Clerk of Court shall DECONSOLIDATE Member Case Nos. 5:24- CV-00123 and 5:24-CV-00126 from Lead Case No. 5:24-CV-00122. The member cases will proceed separately under their original cause numbers. All filings in the lead case that pertain to Plaintiff's claims against each of the Defendants in the deconsolidated member cases will remain operative as if filed in the relevant deconsolidated member case. Pursuant to the Court's order granting Plaintiff and Defendant ASUSTek's joint motion to stay, Docket No. 187, all deadlines in Case No. 5:24-CV-00126 shall be stayed until January 15, 2026.
