ORDERED that the Motion to Stay Pending Inter Partes Review 3, filed by defendant's Facebook, Inc. and Instagram, LLC and joined in by all the defendants, is GRANTED. Accordingly, it is further ORDERED that this MDL proceeding, as well as all of the individual member cases, are hereby STAYED until further Order of the Court.
