TEXT ORDER This matter comes before the Court upon the letters submitted by the parties pursuant to the Court's February 27, 2023, Order. [Docket Nos. 217, 218, 223, 225; see also Docket No. 194, at para. 4(c).] In their submissions, they contend that good cause exists for this Court to entertain various motions, some of which they contend would be dispositive of this action. Defendants also seek to file a set of Daubert motions. Pursuant to the parties' approved case schedule, they have until Friday, September 8, 2023, to seek leave to file any motions. The Court is highly skeptical that additional motion practice is warranted at this stage. If this matter does not resolve during, or in connection with, the settlement conference scheduled for September 13, 2023, [Docket No. 219], the Court will hold a conference on Tuesday, September 19, 2023, at 2:30 p.m., in Courtroom 1 of the U.S. Post Office and Courthouse, 401 Market Street, 3rd Floor, Camden, New Jersey 08101.
