ORDER CONTINUING CASE MANAGEMENT CONFERENCEThe parties to this patent case reported on January 15, 2015, that they had settled the case in principle. ECF No. 217 at 2. Accordingly, at the parties' request, the Court vacated the claim construction hearing set for January 20, 2015, and set the matter for further case management conference on January 30, 2015. The matter was then further continued to March 11, 2015. In a case management statement filed March 4, 2015, the parties again reported that they were "very close to finalizing a written settlement agreement." ECF No. 222 at 2.The Court wishes to give the parties both the time they need to complete their negotiations, and an incentive to complete that process without undue delay. Accordingly, the Court now continues the case management conference currently set for March 11, 2015 to April 21, 2015 at 9:00 a.m. The Court will set aside the day for the conference. If the case is still pending on that date, lead trial counsel and representatives of each party with sufficient authority to settle the matter in its entirety are ordered to be personally present.
