TEXT ORDER: By a letter dated September 11, 2006, Plaintiff asks this Court to intervene and resolve a discovery dispute and to grant more time to submit its expert report. See Dkt. No. 65 Notice (Other) filed by HomeBingo Network, Inc. The Court notes that on October 7, 2005, we issued a Pretrial Scheduling Order that gave the parties fourteen months to conduct discovery, more than enough time to be at the final stages of discovery.
