If no such profit and revenue data is maintained for certain features, the affiant shall indicate as such. Plaintiff's motion for leave to file renewed motion to compel Bosch to produce limited source code and to file under seal is granted 234 . Plaintiff shall promptly file the memorandum in support of the motion under seal. Bosch's oral request for an extension of time to file its five page response to plaintiff's motion 235 is granted.
