The Court will schedule a Markman hearing at its convenience and the parties will exchange tutorials 7 days prior to the hearing. 14 days after the issuance of the Courts claim construction opinion, Zond shall select no more than 16 claims for adjudication through summary judgment and/or trial, and 14 days thereafter, Hynix shall identify no more than 25 prior art references for adjudication.
